Certainly looks like the mobile gaming gods are listening to me today. Not only is Odesza making my Gambonanza comment redundant, but we’re also seeing the exciting new puzzle game Almost Out of Mana set to arrive on Android!
If you’re not already familiar, Almost Out of Mana is a puzzle game that sees you take on the role of a pantsless magician trying to get his undergarments back. Naturally, there are hordes of enemies in your path that require a good magical strike to clear them out.
To help you, you’ll always have a veritable arsenal of useful classic fantasy spells like fireball. Each has its own distinct rules and coverage of the grid-based battlefield, but be careful as each also uses your limited reserves of mana to power them.

It’s not hard to see the basic appeal of Almost Out of Mana, so I’ll do my best not to repeat my (very positive) opinion of how it looks. But I will say that I think having a wide release is the best option for a puzzler like this, because it gives more people a chance to get their hands on it.
what’s that for? I think if you like any kind of puzzle about clearing the board, like match-three, and if something like the Gambonanza above tickles that Balatro-sized hole in your brain like me, Almost Out of Mana will probably hook you pretty quickly!
