Dead Rails Dance with Wolves Challenge Guide
The Dance With Wolves challenge is a pretty straightforward, if not necessarily easy challenge. You must tame twenty wolves in the space of one playthrough.
How to complete dances with wolves
One problem with Dances with Wolves is that it can be a bit RNG dependent. You need to have enough wolves to tame them, and ideally they need to spawn in areas where you don’t have a lot of other enemies to deal with at the same time, attacking other enemies can potentially damage the wolves.
However, with that in mind, let’s include some tips for the challenge.
- Use Packmaster Class.
- The new Packmaster class can tame wolves without feeding them, making the challenge much easier! However, keep in mind, the three wolves that the Packmaster spawns do not add to the total of 20.
- Beware of werewolves!
- Wolf packs can spawn with a werewolf in their midst. Werewolves are immune to the Packmaster’s authority, and they are a very dangerous enemy. When you go out taming wolves, try to bring a gun and plenty of ammo with you in case there are any werewolves nearby.
- Don’t worry if some of your wolves die.
- Domesticated wolves are quite aggressive in attacking enemies, which means they often run away and die. Although we’re always sad to lose a good guy, it doesn’t detract from your challenge score, as long as the wolf is tamed first, you don’t have to keep them all alive to the end.
