Dwarves: Glory, Death & Loot is a new side-scrolling auto battler on Android. It also launched on PC, Nintendo Switch, and iOS. The game is published by Sidekick Publishing on mobile. It is somewhat like the Obsidian Knight RPG, with roguelike elements.
Gather a group of dwarves for glory, death and loot
You are in charge of a growing group of dwarves who automatically take over the fight when it starts. Each dwarf comes with its own class, stats, and abilities. And each race revolves around gathering and managing a team of up to ten dwarves. They come from familiar fantasy roles such as tank, assassin, healer, and magician.
Once the war begins, the dwarves have no direct control: glory, death, and plunder. Dwarves automatically move from range, striking or firing, often dictated by their movement status. Meanwhile, weapons, armor, and accessories drop after encounters.
After battle, each dwarf gains experience, and leveling up increases his main status. Systems like Tavern and Bear help smooth that transition. You also earn gems along the way, which you can invest into universal or class-specific skill upgrades.
Although it is said to have a roguelike structure, there is no meta progression that directly transfers raw power from one run to the next in the traditional sense. But there are new options to unlock, forges or taverns, artifacts to distribute among the tribe, and systems that reward repeated efforts.
You can turn permadeath on or off, but the basic rule is that if no dwarf survives a round, the run is over. On that note, check out a glimpse of Dwarves: Glory, Death and Plunder below. Or grab the game directly here Google Play Store. It costs $4.99 on mobile.
