PlayStation shuts down Bluepoint Games – IGN Daily Fix

In today’s Daily Fix:

First-party PlayStation support studio Bluepoint Games has been shut down by Sony. The studio notably developed remakes of Shadow of the Colossus and Demon’s Souls, both of which were well received. He also assisted on several game collections such as Metal Gear Solid HD Collection, Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection, and others. Bluepoint was acquired by Sony in 2021 and assisted in the development of God of War Ragnarok. In other news, Bethesda director Todd Howard hinted at a return to “classic style” Bethesda in The Elder Scrolls 6, and gave examples of exploration done in games like Fallout 3 and 4, Skyrim and others. And finally, Kratos’ voice actor Christopher Judge has teased something God of War related for “late summer.”
