In Sea of Conquest, you face the timeless challenge of piracy on the high seas, and what can a good pirate captain trust without a crew of equally wicked pirates? Well, nothing. And FunPlus knows this, which is why Sea of Conquest lets you recruit from a huge range of characters to accompany you on your adventures.
These pirates are obtained through story quests and by summoning Rocky, the raccoon mascot to your party. Naturally, you’ll want to know who’s worth getting and who’s not. This is where we come in. We’ve categorized each pirate in our Victory Sea tier list based on their usefulness, rarity, stats, and more.
We won’t send anyone to E or lower yet, and naturally, this is all completely subjective. This is also primarily based on their performance in regular battles, while battles on the high seas are solely influenced by a ship’s crew as well as the statistics of that ship.
