Most of the heroes in the top battle tier list are SSR
Before we take a look at the top battle tier list, let me start by mentioning that the rarity of heroes (SSR, SR and R) plays a very important role in the game. The higher the rarity of a hero, the more troops he can have in battle (SSR heroes can take much more troops than R heroes).
So, it should come as no surprise that all the top tier heroes are SSR. If you also want to get SSR Heroes, you just have to keep playing the game – even as a F2P player you’re bound to get something eventually!
