Valve’s Steam Machine announcement caused a stir in the gaming industry this week, and the head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, expressed interest in it. Spencer congratulated Valve and said in a tweet that Microsoft is one of Steam’s largest game publishers, and they welcome the new addition to gaming hardware. Valve also announced a new controller and Steam Frame, a new VR headset. In other news, Sony and NCSoft have announced Horizon Steel Frontier, an MMO for mobile devices set in Sony’s Horizon franchise. And finally, Apple has released the first real trailer for Season 2 of Monarch: Legacy of Monsters, the show based in the Godzilla X Kong universe.
