Crimson Desert’s open world map is bigger than Skyrim and Red Dead Redemption 2 – IGN Daily Fix

In today’s Daily Fix:

The developers of Pearl Abyss have provided some details about the world of Crimson Desert. Via the Gaming Interviews YouTube channel, the developers had specified that the open world of Crimson Desert is approximately twice the size of Skyrim, and a whole lot larger than that of Red Dead Redemption 2. But they know there’s no fun in playing in a big, empty world, so the game will be ‘incredibly interactive’. In other news, Larian Studios did an AMA on Reddit, and the company confirmed that their upcoming Divinity RPG will have co-op. You will also be able to make meaningful changes in the story. And finally, fans of BioWare’s Anthem are rallying to save the game before the servers are shut down next week. The game was a notorious misfire for BioWare, and it never really found enough of an audience to support the game’s live-service ambitions. But fans are working to get custom servers, as the game will go offline permanently when the last official servers shut down on Monday.
