In our Ragnarok X: Next Generation tier list, we evaluate all of the classes in the game, and we also discuss what each can do. We include the elements that make each class special, among many other things.
Honestly, if you’ve played any Ragnarok game before, you won’t even need to read this, as not much has changed. At least when it comes to classes, job advancement, and skills.
Still, since not everyone is experienced (new players join every day), we will go through each class, their skills, and everything you need to know so you can start playing Ragnarok X: Next Generation with a character that suits your play style.
How we rank each class
If you’re wondering how I came up with these rankings, let me explain. Here are my three main criteria:
- PvE:How fast they farm and level up.
- pvp:How strong they are in battle.
- simple use:How easy and cheap it is to play them
Although we will go into a little more detail in the next pages, in general, I would say that Magician They are great at fast AoE farming, even though they require investment when it comes to gear.
archers Constantly deal damage to the boss and do a good job on the budget. Thief Can hit hard and be OP in PvP, but requires a lot of gear investment.
traders Fight poorly, especially early on, or need a lot of Zeny to be useful. However, they get better in the late game.
